Thanks for this reminder, Michael.
Question: If we have our account set to not receive any emails from SOR, would our names still show on this list?
Probably not Luree.
Well! I thought that because it was Super Tuesday everyone was out voting and not contributing to the DB!
I do hope I've managed to sort it out, but I don't know why I stopped receiving my emails in the first place.
The Super Tuesday primary elections are only in a number of states, not all.
I would also like to add as long as you are checking the status of your email address, please update your mailing address if you have moved.
I have a customer with two different addresses, SOR says one way and PayPal has a different one. I have messaged him asking which address to send his order. Under law, it should be PayPal, but I'm giving him the opportunity to tell me the correct one.
This is just as important as your email address. Please check your profile and update your status.
Thank you.
And if this is placed in the wrong area, please move it as I can't remember where we talked about updating our profile.
thanks Luree,
in my days as auctioneer, the biggest problem was people who had changed houses, phones, emails, etc., and hadn't updated the database. Do it. Make the database UpDatedBase.

Good point, Luree.
How to keep one's profile updated was never included in the Auction Tutorial. It is there now.
It bears repeating, especially to those who are active in the auctions and approval books, to check the special page periodically to see if you are on the list. The list is comprised of SOR members whose email provider may have blocked Stamporama emails.
The list is long, but it is sorted by username. If you find your name on the list, click on the button on the right side of the screen to clear the email filter on your account. Heck, I just go in there once in a while and just click on the button without looking for my user name.
If you haven't been receiving emails from SOR, after clicking on the button, the emails should resume. Sometimes your email provider will block SOR again. Just click on the button again to keep the email flow going.

Buyers and sellers, if you are not getting responses from the other party to purchases, check this list to see if they are on it. They may not be getting the email notifications that you are sending them.
