I was not so into stamps before this. I do however like to do my homework and study what I have. I want to sell some of these, but I am not in a hurry to get rid of them until I fully understand what I have. I think I have some incredible rare finds.

Welcome! We'll be here waiting for your scans. Before you get to excited you should know that most old stamps have little value. It seems to be natural that most who find an old stamp collection believe there are rare and valuable stamps within. After seeing hundreds of questions like yours I have only once seen a collection that actually had some valuable stamps. For example there is another post on the board about rare U.S. stamps but in fact are worth no more than a couple bucks. I'm hoping you'll have some good ones.

WOW, we already have a wonderful Wizard and now an Alchemist. Maybe we should hope these two never get together and cause chaos. LOL

I'd prefer that the wizard and alchemist got together with a pile of lead, change it to gold and spread it around to all the users!

So.....I inherited some old books and one of them was a book of stamps. This thing was about to get thrown into the trash or given to GoodWill, but I salvaged it.
