Excellent suggestion, Michael. Thank you for posting this.
Also; Putting in the 9 digit zip code does speed delivery a bit and is helpful for anyone mailing in the USA.
great suggestions, Michael, Theresa
Yes, I found that communication was almost always the problem; almost never fraud or remorse, just poor, or non-existent communication, often exacerbated by old emails or vacation schedules
and ZIP+4.... barely used in personal communication, but a wonderful tool
And just in case someone doesn't know where to see their profile, from the main bar click on HOME, then MEMBERS, then click on EDIT (second option down in the left column).
Excellent reminders to make the auctions/approvals run even more smoothly!

As an add-on to this request from Michael to include the full ZIP +4 in your profile, sellers, don't forget to change the address in your Invoice setup so that it includes the ZIP+4 also. Buyers will often use your address on the Invoice when they are paying you.
To change the address on the Invoice Setup use the Sellers Dropdown on the Auction screen and select Invoice Control.
Regards ... Tim.
Ps. The reason there is a second address here is so that the more technical members in the club can add a customized logo or message on the Invoice.
I want to take a moment to request that all members, those who are buying and selling in the auctions and approvals in particular, take a moment to review their user profiles to make sure that their contact information is current. This includes at the least: mailing address, email, and telephone.
Buyers, remember that you are responsible to make sure that the sellers can contact you so they can send you the invoices for your purchases. If your contact information is incorrect, it is still your obligation to complete your purchases.
Buyers who do not timely complete purchases may find their buying privileges temporarily (or permanently) suspended.
Thanks to all for helping to keep the integrity of our sales platforms at the top!
