General Philatelic/Identify This? : Another interesting unknown (Austria)

I really appreciate the help from more experienced collectors in identifying several stamps of unknown origin in my collection. Well, here is another anomolie for me and I am kind of stumped. Could someone provide some information on this stamp? The clues I found pointed me to an early Swiss or possible Swedish issue. Ideas?Image Not Found

There are several other Austrian newspaper stamps with different depictions of Mercury.

The country name is not incorporated as these were purely for inland postage.
