Have you ID'd the first stamp to see what type and number it is? Reds can be very difficult to tell from one another especially when the variable of scanning comes into play.
I'd say no on the 634B. See HERE for comparison.

I say the top two stamps are #249 type#1 the bottom 3 are #583 perforated 10
