The truth is within and only you can reveal it

I'm trying to figure what this item is. It's in a mixed world auction lot. Sorry but this is the best pic I have of it. It is inscribed Republica Argentina and probably has a coats of arms in the center which most all early Argentinian stamps have. It is not listed, at least by Scott. It appears to be an envelope or some other type cut-out but it has what appears to be guide lines around the entire image which is not common with cut-outs. I have a small collection of Argentinian cut-outs but it's not where it belongs, kind find it. This stamp doesn't look familiar to me, though.
Thanks for any thoughts or info.

Is it not a faded Scott Argentina #7C(1863) or #7H(1864)? That's my best guess based on the limited resolution of the picture posted.

Thanks, you are correct. I wasn't seeing it right as it's on it's side with the heavy cancel obscuring the bottom part. I actually thought I was looking at a square stamp.
