The artists are Kukryniksy:

The poster says "(Let's) Ruthlessly crush and destroy the enemy!" 1941

Thank you very much for your help. Those links are well worth bookmarking.
With your help, I have found a translation for the newspaper heading in the card. Apparently it says, "The agreement on non-aggression between Germany and USSR."
Note the mask of comedy, directed at Hitler.
Here is an anti-Nazi Red Army propaganda card which I bought at the same time. I think this may have originally been a poster. Hopefully, I've even managed to get a translation for this one:
"Mercilessly annihilate fascist saboteurs."
""Mercilessly annihilate fascist saboteurs.""
So, no nursery rhymes for you then!
Can anyone offer a translation of this card and who the artist is?
