Thank you very much for your help. Those links are well worth bookmarking.

With your help, I have found a translation for the newspaper heading in the card. Apparently it says, "The agreement on non-aggression between Germany and USSR."

Note the mask of comedy, directed at Hitler.

Here is an anti-Nazi Red Army propaganda card which I bought at the same time. I think this may have originally been a poster. Hopefully, I've even managed to get a translation for this one:
