So he re-lists it at a dollar again. That should not be allowed.
Speaking as an ebay seller and buyer, sellers like this give ebay a bad name. Sadly I doubt Ebay will do anything to this guy other than a warning unless he has done this several times. If you can though I would definitely leave him negative feedback as a warning to anyone else who may consider bidding on his items.
As a seller he can not leave you negative feedback. Seller don't have this option. (Which I don't agree with as it has made the feedback system a buyer rating system instead)

Interesting thing just happened. A gentleman from Belgium, put a #28a stamp on ebay. I bid one dollar and got the bid. I was leery because the shipping is $10.00. But He emails me to tell me he made a mistake. His handle I think right now is very appropriate."Realmad"He has 584 sales ,so I assumed he is not a novice.We'll see what EBAY says.
