Yes.
We will see. I just sent a letter to Canada franked with two different commemorative forever stamps (98 cents total) two old 10 cent commemoratives and an old 1940s 3 cent commemorative (okay I over paid by a penny!) Let's see if it comes back!
there are a few early non-denominated (but not forever) stamps that were valid solely for domestic postage; and there are restrictions on special delivery stamps, otherwise, ALL non-demonetized US non-precancelled or service-inscribed stamps are valid for all classes of postage.
I was informed that "forever stamps" could not be used on international mail. So I took my envelopes back and restamped them. I have since found that "forever stamps" can be used on international mail. My question is: Can I used old stamps on international mail in the same manner that I can on domestic mail. Thanks
