Blair,
The stamp is one of the following: 1) Scott 445 with a single line 190 watermark and being Type I; Scott 456 also Type I with a single line watermark and rotary printed; or either Scott 493 or 494 (both rotary printed) and unwatermarked. Sc 493 is Type I and 494 is Type II.
The Scot Specialized Catalog gives you the necessary information to determine the difference between Type I and Type II

Thanks Terry.
No watermark and type 1... #493
I had a bunch of old stamps given to me by someone who lives in the same complex I do.
This one has me a bit stumped. It's perf 10
Thanks in advance,
Blair
