What is the difference between Romania Scott RAJ14&15 and RAJ18&19? Both are listed as brown in color with the second design. The only difference the catalog gives is a 1926 issue date for the later two, and 1923-1925 for the former two. But can you tell that from an unused stamp? Is there a hidden date on the stamps?

The latter two (RAJ18 & RAJ19, 1926 issue) are on white paper.

The earlier set (RAJ14 & RAJ15) are on greenish paper.
