Can you please tell me the Air Mail rate for a letter from the Republic of Niger to France on the 11th March 2015.
This is to enable me to identify if the stamp used the correct rate for the letter before I use it in a stamp display.

I don't have the faintest idea, but there is probably a postal web site for Niger that should be able to supply that type of information, especially current rates.

However, the web site is in French, so have your trusty Google Translate handy Winking
