Thanks. I already looked at the Scott's Subject List, but it doesn't really offer topics. For example, the "Susan B. Anthony" listing, needs to be "Famous Women", "Barbie Doll" needs to be "Toys" and "Barn Swallow" should be "Birds".

Outside of the American Topical Society, the best I can think of are the annuals of US stamps issued published by Linns. But those only cover one year at a time, and many older volumes are not available.

I am looking for a list of US commemorative issues with Scott number and one or more topics that the issue relates to. In electronic format only - i.e. list on Word, or Excel or whatever, not written on paper.
Anyone have such a thing that they would care to share?
