Your Russian stamp dates from August 1976 and is the 1k. 'blackish olive' (looks green to me!) of a definitive set of eight, printed in recess and designed by E.D.Aniskin. The words read (approximately) "Glory to the USSR Armed Forces!" and the image is of the Soviet Armed Forces Order. It is SG4533 (sorry, no Scott number).
Korea, though, is way beyond my ken!

To confirm, I, too, think it is South Korea, Scott #1269. The used cv per 2015 Scott is $0.75.
The only way in which I see it differently is that I don't believe it is a Christmas issue, but rather part of definitive series begun in 1981. (This one was issued in 1983.)
