We have two new articles on the site. Both fun reads and a great addition to the site. Please check them out. Thanks as always to Steve and Leon for the contributions.

Collecting Non-FIRST DAY OF ISSUE First Day Covers
by
Steve Swain
Steve discusses covers that were canceled on the first day of a stamp issue, but have a standard cancellation rather than the official FIRST DAY OF ISSUE marking. Looking at both intentionally created philatelic covers and non-philatelic items "innocently" posted on the first day of issue, Steve opens the door to several fascinating collecting possibilities.

Bringing Madness to the Order
by Leon Lutje
Leon and his philatelic foil Bunni Marti are at it again as poor Leon attempts to focus his rambling acquisitive nature and buy a specialized album for his German stamps.
