I do realize that someone noted "stamps cut from a postcard". The paper is thin, so they may have meant postal stationary.
It is this 1891-issued 5c blue on pink letter card. This one has a second cut-out used to double the postage.
It could also be the same indicia from the 1901 version of the letter card which has an additional "Habilitada" overprint on the upper left corner of the card, but of course it's impossible to tell without the complete card.

I bought this cover at a show primarily because I did not know what it is. The cover is in poor shape and a stamp either fell off or was removed. The stamp that remains is a mystery to me. Can anyone help?
