Does anyone know the purpose of these small FIPEX medals? They have a pin at the back and the medal is about an inch tall. The ribbon is shiny green, not blue as it appears in this photo. they were done in the image of the FIPEX logo. The actual exhibit awards were the same design but about 2-1/5 inches tall.
