Hi
Give the poor soul time ,they might be away for the weekend or family crisis. We are a fairly laid back bunch on SOR .
I am sure if you have sent an invoice you will get paid.Sometimes it is several days before some of my invoices get paid.Just be a little patience.
Brian
Jean, Nelson and Antonio are quite correct. One day is not a reasonable expectation. If, after a week you have received neither a response nor payment, you may contact me or Ralph directly. We handle these things; usually it's time, or email, or some other minor hindrance.

Don't worry - that fella is a GEM and always pays promptly. To me, promptly here is within 3 days to a week or so, even longer for snail mail payments. A few diligent folks will pay almost instantaneously, but not everyone has as much time for their hobbies as others.
Also keep in mind that they might be thinking of returning and adding lots to the invoice to save shipping. I have had some folks defer for a month or two waiting to see what I will list to accumulate enough on the invoice to justify the postage. Of course we have both agreed to allow the long wait. Some of our sellers only invoice once a month to allow people time to browse. Actually, once I put my approvals back online after I finish the house project later this summer, I think I might follow rrraphy's lead and invoice less frequently. If a buyer wants an invoice sooner, they can simply request one from you via private message - easy peasy!
Stamporama is a club and is much more informal and relaxed when compared to the large commercial e-sales sites like ebay. That said, however, non-payment after a reasonable time is taken VERY seriously, so no worries, my friend! It's all good here!
Thanks everyone! I'm new to how online approvals work. I'll give more time before I issue an invoice next time. 😊. You people are great!
Atta Girl! Looking forward to seeing your approvals :-)
Also, look at the amount involved in this transaction. He bought 50¢ worth of stamps and your shipping fee is $1.50, so he would be paying three times as much for the shipping than the stamps cost. So, yes, be patient and I'm sure he will be buying more of your items, like most buyer, to fill an envelope and justify the postage. As mentioned previously, we are not the 800 pound Gorilla here and are very laid back, much more so than them.
Patience is a virtue, possess if you can, ........! I'll let you finish that yourself.
Mike
Hi all. I don't know where to put this question. I had a man buy some stamps from my approval book according to Stamporama, but it's been 24 hours now and no money has showed up in my PayPal account, the only way I accept payment.
I had invoicing set up to go to him directly. When I saw no movement I sent a private email. No response. This afternoon I sent a PM on Stamporama. No response. According to Stamporama records though, he's been on the boards today. What do I do? Just wait? I won't mail the stamps until the money shows up in my PayPal account.
