This question is so simple, I almost hesitate to ask it. I want to send a post card to Germany, but have no idea of the postal rate. I GOOGLE "International Post Card Rate", and many things similar, and get buried in useless/meaningless information. Simple question from a simple mind - What is the rate, please. Thank you.

$1.15, the same as a first class international letter. USPS no longer has a discounted rate for international postcards.

For rate information, I go to www.usps.com and on the left side menu click on "Calculate A Price". You get options for every possibility, domestic and International.

Each year I do a large postcard mailing for our model car show. I was dismayed to see the $1.15 postcard rate even applied to Canada.

That's a good site too.

You may be further dismayed when you find the new postage rates from the USA to Canada. USPS is dividing Canada up into zones.
