Just wonder if anyone knows what this cancel is for? I think it might be a harvest festival, but just not sure.

It looks like something more local than a general Harvest Festival cancel, that not being something nationally marked except in primary schools and churches. But there seems only to be an 'E' to give us a clue as to where it might come from.
