I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

I have a stack of glossy photographs of various U.S. stamps that I have no idea what they are or where they originated. They measure 3 X 4 inches. See images. The top one shows that some have wording, re, being reproduced and some don't. Any ideas?
