Linns is reporting that the Universal Postal Union is recognizing a new postal entity for Kyrgyzstan. This makes two postal companies handling mail for the country. Scott will list the new stamps in a separate section for Kyrgyzstan. The first listings will appear in the Linns May 18 issue.
