Hi,
This is a Honolulu, Hawaii arrival postmark.
The full postmark reads "HONOLULU,H.ISLS./REC'D"
There's a description and photo of this in Hong Kong Arrival Markings by Scamp and Fine.

Can anyone help me identify this cancel? I suspect "islands" but can't find any reference to a HK cancel with this, or any foreign cancels on HK stamps with this.
