FYI, here's the dog one. I never took it out of the wrapper.
Michael---These are listed in Scotts and Unitrade--SN 2045-2048.A set of 4 undenominated with a value of 0.49 at time of issue. The 2015 Unitrade Cat. shows Cat. Values of $25 each for singles,$50 for a pair and $60 for complete card including phone card (these are for MNH)They show a CV of $17.50 for a single used in period (before Jan 17, 2005)
The values are from Unitrade and are in CDN. $--they are higher than the values in my 2012 Scotts
Hope this helps
Harold
The complete card with children is 2046i and the dogs are 2048i.
My 2011 Unitrade lists the unused full packs at $30.
Edit: Oops, someone beat me.
I'd love to see one postally used, especially the dog stamp.
Thanks guys. They sure are listed. I just never noticed it. I don't know how I missed getting the other two...rats...
I don't understand why Unitrade states that the used value of the stamps is for contemporaneous usage before January 17, 2005. The packet states that it is valid until June 1, 2005.
The Scott notation seems to be incorrect in that the packet does not come with an envelope for mailing the card, unless the clerk gave out the card upon purchase of the card. My dog card is still sealed, but it does open to reveal the stamps and phone card. There is no envelope inside the plastic wrap.
Here is the inside of the dog booklet. The distortion will be from the plastic wrapper.

Interesting about the envelope. Is the envelope you have inside the plastic wrap, or did it come loose? Neither of mine came with an envelope.
I just dug out my Write Me Ring Me items to jog my memory. The wrapped cards were in a display rack, and beside them were packs of envelopes wrap in groups of 5 with a brown band. It was up to the customer to take the envelopes or not.
Thanks for showing that. I thought that maybe the envelopes were loose. Canada Post did not include envelopes when it shipped the booklets.
By the way, I did find and purchase the two that I was missing. Thanks again for the help.
Can't find the single MNH stamps, though. Now do I break the stamps out of the booklets??? LOL. I plan to go to TEXPEX next weekend. I'll see if a dealer has them as singles.
Maybe someone on Stamporama has a set - try posting a "wanted" ad here.
Here is my set of singles. I broke the sheet apart. The other stamps I mailed to myself to get used singles.
Ta-Dah! I now have all four of the booklets. The last came today. It is the flower and butterfly. The seller included the envelope. Now, do I want to break it apart to get the stamps out, or mount the booklets in my album and try to find the single stamps? I'll probably mount the booklets.
I have copy of the Canada Post advertising poster for this issue for sale sale - in mint condition. Write me (but don't ring!) if interested in cost and details.
Shibumi - please put your sales offer in the Sales section. The rules for posting are here. Thank you!

Does anyone have the pane dimensions for these? i.e. includes the colored area around the two stamps?
Thanks!
The two stamps are on a card (see images above) that is 95mm wide by 55mm high.
If you want to cut the mounting card down to just the white box outlining the stamps, the dimension is 83mm wide by 35mm high.
I mounted each entire booklet on a blank page in my album. The phone card was part of the booklet, so I wanted to keep it all together. Of course my album has four blank spaces for the actual single stamps. Maybe one day I'll find them at a decent price. No rush, though, since I do have them in another format.
Thanks very much Michael. I am creating my own album pages and needed the size to create the frames for when I manage to get the cards. What size would the whole booklet be then?
Regards,
Peter
Mounted open it is 245mm wide by 178mm high. It fills the complete inside portion (meaning inside the frame line) of a Scott International page.
A bit bigger than I prefer - I use standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper with an interior border. Flipped sideways it would fit but totally covers the borders.
I'm thinking of including the phone card on the page together with the pane as an alternative. I assume the phone card is the same size as a credit card? Does it come mounted on a detachable card?
Mine are mounted sideways and open on the page. I use Prinz cover mounts to secure them to the pages. If you mounted them with the booklet closed to the page, they would be vertically oriented, but you wouldn't see the stamps and phone card.
I have two of the "Write Me...Ring Me" packets from Canada Post. I don't remember when these were issued. I bought them from Canada Post when they were issued. I don't recall ever hearing if more were issued.
Here is one:
The other one is the dogs.
So, of course, these are not in Scott despite the two domestic letter rate stamps that come with each phone card. Here are my questions:
1 - Does Unitrade catalogue these? If so, what are their numbers?
2 - What are their values?
3 - Were there others issued besides these two?
Thanks again.
