Kaiserin Elisabeth was the Empress of Austria. Therefore, I would think these are Austrian Cinderallas.

I thought they were Austrian cinderellas...that was my first guess. Thanks for the responses, capetown
" .... Also, Viribus Unitis (united forces) was Emperor Franz Joseph's motto. ..."
But wait, there is more !!!
the SMS Viribus Unitis was an Austro-Hungarian battle ship that was sunk by Italian "frogmen" in an Adriatic port in 1918, just days or weeks before the Armistice ended the war.
That attack in WW I presaged the very successful attack by Italian frogmen working from a modified torpedo that vary badly damaged the HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Valiant while they were moored along a pier in Alexandria Harbour in early WW II.
While the SMS Viribus Unitis rolled over and sank, the British Battleships settled but a few feet into the mud where they appeared to be undamaged to Axis photo reconnaissance. So the Brits pretended that they were still in service and held military rituals as if they were unharmed.
Sorry about going off the "Cinderella" topic, but one thing leads to another.
May be cinderellas of some kind....thanks, capetown
