Oxfam Canada has a volunteer-run stamp sales program to raise money for Oxfam’s international self-help development projects. We receive donations of stamps from many sources. One source is a donation of presentation First Day Covers to then MP Paul Dick, Member of Parliament for Lanark-Renfrew-Carleton from 1972-1993 and a Government Minister.

Oxfam Canada Charitable Registration: 12971 6866 RR0001.
All monies raised with this go to their anti-poverty relief programs worldwide.
If it does not qualify then please remove it

I spend a lot of time at the Oxfam tables at The Orapex show in Ottawa...those volunteers are probably the hardest workers at the show. They are good people doing good works !
