General Comments About the Items on the Page

This is from my duplicates. I collect Monaco to 2000.

A few stamps may have pencil marks, hinge remains and other small flaws not indicated.
There are stamps and sets of higher values at the end of the book.
I am a collector, not a dealer. I do my best to identify correctly every stamp.
