First class Mail rates apply unless purchase requires stiffening or is more than 1/4 inch thick at which point it becomes a parcel.
Example of parcel rates - for a large, 4 ounce, envelope with stiffening - $4.00
INTERNATIONAL shipments:
First class International Mail rates: 1 oz 1.20 , 2 oz. 2.25 etc.
First class international Mail rates apply unless purchase requires stiffening or is more than 1/4 inch thick at which point it becomes a parcel.
Example of parcel rates - a large, 4 oz. envelope with stiffening to the UK - $14.50
HANDLING - a small charge of 25c - 50c or may be added to cover shipping materials and expenses.
