The book contains complete year sets of US commemorative stamps, These are all the commemorative stamps issued for that particular year. In addiition there mint plate blocks. The stamp year sets are labeled and the plate block are labeled with Scott numbers.

40 plus -- request postage rate
Canada: First-Class up to 3 covers - $1.30
Canada from 3-39 for every three covers postage will increase 0.25c
40 covers plus request postage rate
All other countries: First-class Letter up to 50 grams $3.50
International will be charge actual postage
If tracking, registration or insurance requested, these fees will be added at actual cost.
