The seller has not indicated any country shipping limitations.

Shipping is at the expense of Buyer and will advised on the invoice. The minimum charge for shipping is $1.00 and if larger size envelope is required $2.45. International shipping is quite a bit more complicated and will be advised on the invoice. Insurance and tracking may cost extra. I don't believe in making the Post Office any richer than it already is, so I will try to keep postage charges down.

Payment is expected within 72 hours of the closing bid unless prior arrangements are made so that you may take advantage of the combined shipping. I can delay payment for up to 2 weeks, if preferable.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Checks are also acceptable but may delay the purchase process.
