********** REVISED TERMS EFFECTIVE May 1 2023 ************
You can pay cash in U.S. funds, by check, money order or (as a last resort) by Paypal. I would very much like to avoid Paypal. If selecting Paypal add 50 cents to your payment.
I issue invoices once a month, on the last day of the month. Also anytime, on request. I don't issue invoices if your sales are under $5.00, but will notify you.
I hold won lots for 30 days after invoicing, at which time I will issue a reminder to pay. If you don't communicate, your purchases will be voided 30 days after the reminder and stamps returned to inventory. It is YOUR responsibility to contact me, and no extra emails will be sent. My goal is to reduce shipping costs. Need more time, let me know.
Buyer pays cost of shipping (postage is usually for 2 oz due to packing) To simplify things I charge $1.00 domestically and $1.50 internationally. Heavy and large items will have extra charges based on actual shipping costs If you select PayPal, I will charge $0.50 extra. I ship lots in glassine envelopes, in stock cards, and in stiffened regular envelope. Customers are responsible for extra packaging and/or optional services they may request. Bulky items will incur additional packing and shipping charges, as needed.
I am NOT responsible for lost items in the mail, and in particular to overseas addresses. If the purchase is valuable to you, please ask for tracking, certified, registered or other options (at the pass through cost to you). Above $20.00, I recommend splitting the shipment or adding tracking and registration.
My email is rrraphy@yahoo.com.
Don't like an item, let me know for full credit, no question asked. If you think I made a pricing error, please let me know.
I am a collector, not a dealer.
