Only 1 day and it has been said that a town or city's zip code and date only happens every 100 years.
Are these post marks anything that anyone things would be worth gathering?

I am guessing this is a question about the potential monetary value of such an item. If I am wrong, please disregard. I suspect that the only people who would be interested in such a cover would be those who collect postal history from North Carolina. There is likely never going to be much of a demand for them.

It makes for a fun and interesting cover. I’ve seen like covers from different towns. Not worth much but if you like it, go for it!

I never thought of that, and now that I realize that my zip hits that milestone next year, I also realize there is another hidden message:
Benton, KY 42025
Date: 04 - 20 - 25
Alternate meaning for 04:20 - smoke 'em if you got 'em!
Not legal in KY, but across the border in IL? No problem!
Could make for a fun cover!

On 030824 the town of Durham, NH is going to postmark the envelopes with a special ZIP CODE first day or something like that.
Only 1 day and it has been said that a town or city's zip code and date only happens every 100 years.
