One day it'll all be MNH! 04 Dec 2011 11:24:17pm | re: ROUND APS # RUBBER STAMP.
You are probably thinking of C M Lentz from Youngstown, Ohio. Unfortunately he passed away several years ago.
I looked through the classifieds of the recent American Philatelist and there is no one currently advertising those rubber stamps. I'd suggest contacting the APS Sales Division (go to stamps.org) or probably Office Depot or OfficeMax can make one for you.

I purchased mine through the company below and am happy with it, along with a Mailer's Postmark Permit canceler I never actually used yet:

Hope that helps,

Avi,
I have just picked up this month's American Philatelist magazine to read and found the phone number of the person you are looking for. Rubber Stamps, traditional and self inking, call toll free: 1-877-373-1212. Visit us online at WCP-NM.com.
Hope this works out for you and anyone else that is looking for these stamps/stampers.
Mike
