Pic is exactly what you get. Mint hinged(?). Sure looks like never hinged to me. Scott states that they do not value stamps before 1879 in never hinged condition. They do say that there is a very large premium for them though. My doctor's father passed away and he has entrusted me to sell his mint U.S. collection. 2020 Sc. cv. $850.00, My guess is the actual cv. is 3-5 times that price.I checked on Hipstamp; there is no listing for a similar stamp.
